Wuling Yangguang Pro: A Practical Electric Van for Logistics Entrepreneurs
What the 2026 Yangguang Pro offers a growing delivery business — and which version fits which kind of route.

The 2026 Wuling Yangguang Pro is SAIC-GM-Wuling's large electric light van, launched in China in July 2026. For a logistics entrepreneur, the short answer is this: it carries more than a compact van, it is electric or extended-range, and it comes in panel, 6-seat and 9-seat versions. Below we look at the numbers that matter for a delivery business.
How big is the Yangguang Pro?
The Pro measures 5,495 mm long, 1,999 mm wide and 2,170 mm high on a 3,450 mm wheelbase. The panel van's cargo box is 3,155 × 1,850 × 1,495 mm, and the gross vehicle weight is 3,495 kg with a 2,035 kg curb weight. Compared with the standard 2026 Yangguang, the Pro is 485 mm longer and 199 mm wider.
| Yangguang Pro panel | Yangguang panel | |
|---|---|---|
| Body L × W × H | 5,495 × 1,999 × 2,170 mm | 4,985–5,010 × 1,800 × 1,975 mm |
| Cargo box | 3,155 × 1,850 × 1,495 mm | 2,830 × 1,680 × 1,365 mm |
| Motor | 150 kW / 380 N·m | 75 kW / 180 N·m |
| CLTC range | 365–380 km | 300–310 km |
| Gross vehicle weight | 3,495 kg | 2,905 kg |
Which powertrain should a logistics business choose?
Battery-electric Pro versions use a 150 kW, 380 N·m rear motor with 54.5 to 69.2 kWh LFP batteries, giving 318–405 km on the CLTC cycle. They suit fixed urban and suburban routes where vans return to a depot each night. The EREV version adds a 1.5-litre turbo petrol generator for 850 km CLTC combined range — the right choice when routes are long or chargers are scarce.

What kind of logistics work does it suit?
- E-commerce and parcel delivery: high-volume, low-density cargo benefits from the 1,850 mm wide box.
- Furniture, appliances and building materials: the 380 N·m motor handles full loads from a standstill.
- Catering and cold-chain conversions: the tall box leaves room for insulation and shelving.
- Mixed passenger and goods: the 6-seat passenger version moves crews and tools together.
What does the driver get?
All versions have LED headlights, rear parking sensors, ABS and electric front windows. The 9-seat Operation edition adds dual front airbags, ESC, automatic emergency braking, lane departure and forward collision warning, cruise control, a reversing camera and automatic air conditioning.
What are the limits?
CLTC figures are measured at modest average speeds; expect less range at highway speed, with heavy loads, or in extreme heat or cold. The Pro is produced in left-hand drive only. And as a 2026 launch model, availability varies by version — we confirm it in writing before you pay.
