Scale Your Last-Mile Delivery Business with the Wuling Yangguang Pro

Scaling a last-mile fleet is less about buying many vans at once and more about buying the right vans in the right order. Here is the plan we suggest to operators who import Yangguang vans from China.

Stage 1: Test with one or two vans

Our minimum order is one unit, and trial orders are welcome. Put the van on your busiest route and record daily distance, energy used, charging time, payload and driver feedback. Four to eight weeks of data tells you more than any brochure.

Stage 2: Choose your version mix

Matching route type to version
Route typeSuggested van
Dense city parcels, < 150 km/day2026 Yangguang panel van — 6.5 m³, 1,249 kg payload
Bulky goods, full loadsYangguang Pro panel van — 3,155 mm cargo box
Long suburban or intercity loopsYangguang Pro EREV — 850 km CLTC combined
Crew plus toolsYangguang Pro 6-seat passenger

Most fleets end up with a mix. Mixed-model orders are accepted, and we plan container loading to save on shipping costs.

Stage 3: Plan charging before the vans arrive

A Yangguang Pro charges from 30% to 80% in about 20 minutes on DC fast charging, but most fleets rely on overnight AC charging at the depot. Count your parking bays, check your grid connection and order chargers with the vans — tell us your voltage and plug standard.

Stage 4: Standardise and train

  • Keep to one or two versions so drivers, spare parts and maintenance stay simple.
  • Train drivers on regenerative braking and pre-conditioning the cabin while plugged in.
  • Track consumption per driver; the spread is often wider than between van versions.

Stage 5: Move to repeat supply

Once the model works, agree a repeat-order rhythm with our B2B Solution Manager. In-stock vans ship within 10 working days after payment; versions sourced to order take longer, so plan orders ahead of peak seasons. See fleet solutions for how B2B cooperation works.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Buying on CLTC range alone — size the battery to your worst day, not your average day.
  • Ignoring import age rules when buying used vans — check our market guides.
  • Ordering vans before chargers and electrical work are planned.
